Terms of Service for the Strongsville National Soccer Showcase

Welcome to the Strongsville National Soccer Showcase ("Showcase"). By participating in or using services associated with the Showcase, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms outline the rules, obligations, and rights applicable to all participants, spectators, vendors, and partners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Showcase, attending as a spectator, or engaging with our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in or access the Showcase.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants: All players must meet age and eligibility requirements outlined during registration. Proof of age and identity may be required.
  • Parents/Guardians: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms on their behalf.
  • Coaches and Teams: Coaches and teams are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms by all members and affiliates.

3. Registration and Fees

  • All registration forms must be completed accurately and submitted before the stated deadline.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring all documentation, including waivers and medical releases, is provided by the deadline.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, spectators, and staff are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and respect during the Showcase. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward players, referees, staff, or other attendees.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to violent or aggressive actions.
  • Destruction of property or venue equipment.
  • Violation of local, state, or federal laws.

Violations of this code may result in removal from the event, disqualification, or legal action.

5. Event Rules and Regulations

  • Matches will follow the rules and guidelines set by the NFHS, USSF, and FIFA, with NFHS taking precedence.
  • Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations will be communicated promptly via email, website updates, or social media.
  • All participants must comply with venue-specific rules, including parking, facility usage, and safety protocols.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Participation Risks: By participating in the Showcase, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with soccer, including potential injuries. You assume all risks and agree not to hold the Strongsville National Soccer Showcase, its staff, sponsors, or affiliates liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.
  • Property Damage: The Showcase is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage.

7. Media Release

By attending or participating in the Showcase, you consent to the use of your image, name, and likeness in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation.

8. Vendor and Sponsor Agreements

Vendors and sponsors must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Any agreements or contracts must be finalized before the event. The Showcase reserves the right to revoke vendor or sponsor privileges for non-compliance.

9. Termination and Removal

The Showcase reserves the right to remove any participant, team, or spectator from the event for violating these Terms or engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Force Majeure

The Showcase is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Showcase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Strongsville, Ohio, in accordance with the rules of Strongsville Soccer Organization.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or communicating with registered participants.
